Theres been a lot of construction going on in llanelli lately, a massive theatre complex and more. Problem is I don't think this build will do much for the town as it is decaying anyhow.And what is there already is empty shop fronts because the rent on these units can't be afforded buy many. Rotten houses and building that are forgotten aren't really gonna be a pretty sight when you walk out of these new buildings... come on llanelli get a grip and deal with the problem you already have rather than trying to cover it with pretty looking things.
